Privacy policy

This policy covers two things: the website camoufy.com and the Camoufy program you download from it. The short version: the program keeps your data on your computer, and the website does not track you.
The Camoufy program
Camoufy runs on your computer. Profiles, fingerprints, cookies, proxies with their passwords, add-ons and settings are stored in the program's own folder and are never uploaded to us. There is no account, no sync and no telemetry.
The program only connects to the internet when a feature needs it:

The website
camoufy.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party fonts, and the site sets no cookies of its own (see the cookie policy).
Cloudflare, as our hosting and network provider, processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL and time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This happens under Cloudflare's own privacy policy and data processing terms; we do not receive these logs beyond aggregate traffic numbers.
The interactive demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser on made-up data. It remembers the last opened tab of the profile editor in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
If you write to info@camoufy.com, we receive your address and whatever you include, and use it only to answer you. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and delete it on request. Please don't send proxy passwords, cookies or profile files unless we ask for a specific file to reproduce a problem.
Your rights
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or ask for a copy. Since the program stores nothing with us, in practice this concerns email correspondence. Write to info@camoufy.com; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this page when the program or the website starts handling data differently, and change the date at the top.
